Ratatat Cat

This game has won a number of MENSA and Openhiemer awards in the U.S. every player receives 4 cards that he can exchange as many times as he wants during the game. The goal is to get rid of all the cards that have rats on them and remain only with cards that have cats on them, thus making the sum total of the cards as low as possible. How To Play?
1
Each player receives 4 cards. Without looking at them he places them face down in front of him. The rest of the cards are placed as the deck.
2
Each player, in his turn, takes a card from the deck and decides whether he wants to keep it, and switch it with one of the cards he already has, or discard it. He must place one card in the open deck pile. Beware of the special cards that can change everything, get rid of the mice, and go for the cats!
3
The round ends when one of the players thinks the total score of his cards is the lowest in the game. He calls out loud: “Ratatat”. Then every  other players can have one more turn. The cards are then revealed. The player with the lowest score wins the round. The game ends after several rounds. THe player with the lowest score
wins the game.
